The Fort Booking Policies

PLEASE NOTE:

• You must have a minimum of two golfers to book a tee-time on-line.
• All fees are due upon arrival at the golf course.
• Appropriate golf attire and softspikes are required.
• Private coolers are prohited.
• Tee times may be booked a maximum of 30 days in advance.
• Singles are not permitted to makie tee-times online, please call the pro shop for assistance.
  

♦Coupons and Promotions - If you plan to use a discount coupon or promotional certificate of any kind, please make notation of this at the time of booking.  As a golfer to The Fort you will need to check the details and verify that your coupon is valid during the time you're wishing to reserve.  All coupons are based on our peak rate.

♦Cancellation Policy - Tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.  If changes and/or cancellation of the reservation are not done by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for the applicable fees.  Cancellation or changes cannot be made via the website.
 
♦Inclement Weather Policy - It is the decision of The Fort to determine if the golf course is unfit for play due to weather.  Future forecasts do not constitute reason for “no shows.”  No shows will be responsibility of the credit card holder as well.
