The Fort Booking Policies

PLEASE NOTE:
You must have a minimum of two golfers to book a tee-time on-line.

Tee times may be booked a maximum of 30 days in advance.  You must have a minimum of two golfers to book a tee-time on-line.  Singles are not permitted to make tee-times online and are encouraged to call the golf shop for assistance. 

Coupons and Promotions
If you plan to use a discount coupon or promotional certificate of any kind, please make notation of this at the time of booking.  As a golfer to The Fort you will need to check the details and verify that your coupon is valid during the time you're wishing to reserve.  All coupons are based on our peak rate of $69.00.
 
Cancellation Policy
Tee time reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.  If changes and/or cancellation of the reservation are not done by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for the applicable fees.  Cancellation or changes cannot be made via the website.
 
Inclement Weather Policy
It is the decision of The Fort to determine if the golf course is unfit for play due to weather.  Future forecasts do not constitute reason for “no shows.”  No shows will be responsibility of the credit card holder as well.
 
Important Dates
Please note that the greens are scheduled to be aerified on the following dates:

We will skip aerification until this fall so as of right now our golf course is in spectacular shape.

• September 17th - Fairway Aerification
• September 24th - Fairway Aerification
• October 4th - Green Aerification
