GOLF OUTING PRICING 2023
At The Fort Golf Course, we understand the wants and needs of those hosting a golf outing. We realize that a significant part of the camaraderie of the event is having a shotgun start that allows all players to start and finish at approximately the same time. To allow for this, The Fort always proposes to close the entire golf course to any other play for the day so that the event hosts do not have to worry about any outside conflicts.
Therefore, we have come up with a straightforward pricing plan that we feel is both affordable for the event and financially feasible for our facility (Win/Win). All pricing is for events of up to 144 participants. Many have found that this pricing allows them to not only plan their budgets easily, but creates strong incentive, especially for charitable/fund raising events, for attracting larger fields.
MONDAY: $8,495 ($8,995 non-catered)
Includes:
- Closed access to allow for full-field shotgun start
- Greens Fees
- Cart Fees
- Unlimited Driving Range
- $1000 in Pro Shop credit
- Loading of all golf bags
- Rangering and monitoring of play
- Cart signs, scorecards, rules, etc. preparation
- All scoring and tallying or results
TUESDAY – THURSDAY: $10,700 ($11,200 non-catered)
Includes:
- Closed access to allow for full-field shotgun start
- Greens Fees
- Cart Fees
- Unlimited Driving Range
- $1000 in Pro Shop credit
- Loading of all golf bags
- Rangering and monitoring of play
- Cart signs, scorecards, rules, etc. preparation
- All scoring and tallying or results
FRIDAY – SUNDAY: $14,995 ($15,495 non-catered)
Includes:
- Closed access to allow for full-field shotgun start
- Greens Fees
- Cart Fees
- Unlimited Driving Range
- $1500 in Pro Shop credit
- Loading of all golf bags
- Rangering and monitoring of play
- Cart signs, scorecards, rules, etc. preparation
- All scoring and tallying or results
**To allow for proper preparations suggested starting times for shotgun start events should be between 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m.
***Extended amenities such as vendor accommodations are negotiable.
